FAQs

What time do the doors open?

Doors will open at 5:00 p.m. The Silent & Line Item Auctions begin promptly at 5:30 p.m. and fill up very quickly so be sure to arrive before 5:30 p.m. to ensure you enter your bid(s) on the items of your interest.

What is the dress code?

Business casual to formal-- whatever you feel comfortable in!

How does the Cash Prize Raffle work?

Drawing will be held on September 24, 2016 at 10:00 p.m. at Macatawa Bay Yacht Club. Entrants need not be present to win. Must be 18 years old to enter and win. The winner will receive $1,000 of the total raffle ticket donation proceeds and the remainder will benefit those served by Pathways, MI. No money will be awarded on site. Winner must present the winning ticket, a valid photo ID, Social Security number and complete all required forms. Pathways, MI will mail a check to the winner within 10 days of drawing. Raffle ticket purchases are not tax-deductible purchases. Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with winning raffle proceeds. Licensee: Pathways, MI Inc./Raffle License #: R37373

What is the refund policy?

All ticket sales are final.

Are tickets tax deductible?

Individual event tickets have a $37.50 tax deductible value. Raffle ticket purchases are not tax deductible.

How will I recieve my tickets?

All tickets will be mailed directly to the address you provide during checkout.
